Chef Sarah presents summer menu tasting

 

During our two-day closing for staff training this week, Trafford Restaurant Chef Sarah Stevens taught staff the summer 2018 menu. Servers and bartenders sampled new lunch and dinner items, including Pistachio Crusted Scallops, Mojito Swordfish, Thai Wood-grilled Sea Bass, Whiskey Blue Burger, Bahn Mi, Soba Noodle Soup, and two new flatbread options.
